About James
I was a chef who started off like most, as a kitchen slave but I quickly progressed through the ranks to eventually be in charge of my own restaurant. I have taught several apprentice chefs and many others working through the ranks of the kitchens I've worked in. My aim is to improve your culinary skills so that everyday meals become easy, fast and healthy without taking up the whole evening.

My approach to teaching is to organise you and your kitchen more like a professional, this basically means utilising all the tricks that chefs use to speed up food preparation. Then we can discuss what types of food you like to eat and what you would like to learn about. The rest is practice and removing the fear of trying a new recipe.
