About Stefano
I am an Italian chef of 29 years, for 9 years I worked abroad between England, France, Spain, Qatar, Malta, on 3 occasions at the highest levels at 3 starred restaurants in London and various fine dining of the capital, reaching a level of knowledge and control of the work such as to allow me to give suggestions and show various working techniques.

My approach to work is simple: few elements but good, quality and well-matched; there is no better satisfaction than that of creating a simple, tasty and effective dish using few raw materials and quality. there is therefore a need for a path that introduces the taster to understand and recognize the products and their quality, and then how to combine them.
