About Joshua

I am finishing up my last year of chemical engineering at BYU. I have really enjoyed my degree and will be pursuing a Ph.D. in the fall, researching catalysis via molecular simulation after I graduate. In my free time I enjoy playing and coaching volleyball-I coached the JV team for Timpanogos High School last year. I love going out on walks with my wife and watching reality TV. I am passionate about helping people learn and look forward to working with you!

About the lesson

BYU Chemical Engineering Student. I teach STEM using first principles. By mastering the fundamentals, you can confidently ace exams and apply understanding to solve real world problems. My students have always seen huge improvements! I am excited to work together!

I have 3 years experience teaching K-12, mostly high-school but some elementary/junior high, math, chemistry, and physics. I can also tutor in more advanced subjects like linear algebra, calculus, physical chemistry, thermodynamics, and heat and mass transfer.
