About Michael
I graduated with a 1st class degree in Chemistry for Drug Discovery (MChem) from the University of Bath. During my final year I was elected to be lead peer mentor of 'Chem Crew' - helping my first year group with tutorials, assignments and any general enquiries they had.
I have completed a Ph.D. at the University of Southampton within the realm of Medicinal Chemistry & Cancer research and am currently working as a process chemist.

My teaching style is patient and understanding, guiding you through new concepts by relating them to already understood first principles. I am happy for the student to lead at their own pace, and am happy to tackle the more troubling problems together.
I have successfully helped a number of students through their Chemistry A-Levels and GCSEs. I have tutored family and friends as well as repeat students on another platform.
Typically lessons would be an hour long and would be generally aimed at GCSE and A-level students.
