Viktor is my older brother who has always been there to help me with my studies, and he is someone I will always look up to. He’s incredibly patient, has a great presence, and you can really feel his passion for what he does, whether that’s in his work, hobbies, or education. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Viktor ran our coffee school offering out of our roastery cafe in Oxford. He also helped with training as well as shaping our coffee offering. Hugely talented, knowledgeable and friendly - we were lucky to have him.
