About Harry
I am a chemistry PhD student at Imperial College London where my research focuses on using computational techniques to advance the discovery of organic materials. I am passionate about maths and science and thoroughly enjoy teaching students, helping them achieve the best grades they possibly can in a fun and informal way. In my personal time I enjoy cooking and playing a variety of sports such as badminton and football.

I have previously tutored students for the 11+ and GCSE and A level maths and science. My method of teaching often involves going through past papers and challenging questions, identifying where students have an incomplete understanding and prepare targeted lessons to address the issue. Throughout the year, I emphasise getting my students to understand the fundamental principles of their subjects rather than just obtaining the correct answer. However, during the run-up to exam season my primary focus is on exam technique and making the students aware of what the examiners are looking for in order for them to achieve the highest grade possible.
