About Alfa

Hi! I’m a UK-based online Chemistry tutor with over 1600 one-to-one lessons taught and 4+ years of experience helping students from Year 7 to GCSE — including adult learners preparing for GCSEs or Functional Skills Science. I specialise in breaking down tricky Chemistry topics like bonding, acids and bases, electrolysis, and chemical calculations into clear, manageable steps. Whether you’ve always struggled with science or are returning to education after a break, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I’m DBS checked, patient, and passionate about helping every learner succeed — no matter their age or starting point. Seeing my students grow in confidence and achieve results is what motivates me most.

About the lesson

My Chemistry lessons are designed for both school students (Year 7 to Year 11) and adult learners preparing for GCSE exams or Functional Skills Science. Whether you’re struggling with bonding, chemical reactions, acids and alkalis, electrolysis, or calculations, I’ll break things down into clear, simple steps. Each lesson is tailored to your level and learning style — no pressure, just steady progress.
