About Leo

My fascination with chemistry began with curiosity about molecular reactions, laboratory experiments, and the scientific processes that explain changes in matter naturally around us every day. This curiosity encouraged me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry followed by a Master’s Degree in Environmental Chemistry. During the past 4 years, I have guided students through chemistry learning using patient teaching and structured support. I enjoy transforming difficult scientific concepts into manageable lessons that learners can understand comfortably and confidently. Watching students improve their confidence in chemistry problem solving continues motivating me as an educator. My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding, consistency, and encouragement instead of pressure-based learning. I believe students improve best when they feel supported and comfortable asking questions openly.

Throughout my teaching experience, I have worked with school students, university learners, and advanced students preparing for examinations and laboratory studies. These experiences helped me understand the importance of flexibility when supporting different learning styles and academic goals. I use visual explanations, practical examples, guided calculations, and structured exercises to help students strengthen scientific understanding steadily. I also encourage learners to think independently and build confidence through regular scientific practice and discussion. Many students appreciate my calm and approachable teaching style because it helps them remain motivated during difficult chemistry topics. My goal is to create a positive learning atmosphere where students feel encouraged to improve continuously.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading scientific journals, exploring environmental science research, and learning about chemistry applications related to sustainability and medicine. These interests help me bring practical scientific insight into my lessons naturally. I believe science education should strengthen curiosity, confidence, and analytical thinking in learners. Over the years, I have seen many students transform from uncertain beginners into capable chemistry learners. Helping students discover confidence in science remains one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. I aim to support every learner with patience, clarity, and steady encouragement throughout their academic journey.

About the lesson

Chemistry becomes more meaningful when students understand how reactions, formulas, and scientific principles connect naturally through practical examples and structured explanation that make learning feel organized and approachable. My lessons focus on helping learners strengthen scientific understanding while improving confidence through guided practice, analytical discussions, and supportive academic instruction. I teach subjects such as organic chemistry, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, acids and bases, equilibrium, thermodynamics, laboratory methods, reaction balancing, and analytical chemistry using clear explanations and practical examples. Every lesson is designed according to the student’s academic level and learning goals so progress remains comfortable and manageable. Beginners receive patient guidance with formulas, calculations, and scientific terminology. Intermediate learners improve conceptual reasoning, equation analysis, and reaction understanding. Advanced students focus on scientific applications, conceptual depth, and examination preparation. I encourage students to understand chemistry logically instead of relying only on memorization methods. My goal is to make chemistry learning engaging, practical, and confidence-building.

I simplify difficult chemistry topics through smaller explanations that help students remain motivated and comfortable during lessons. Learners also practice connecting formulas, reactions, and molecular behavior naturally so they can solve chemistry problems independently with stronger confidence. Practice activities are adjusted according to individual pace and academic needs. I include conceptual discussions, guided exercises, and application-based activities regularly to improve scientific understanding steadily. My teaching style combines patience, structure, and supportive encouragement throughout every session. I want students to feel confident while learning chemistry concepts clearly and independently.

Chemistry lessons also help students strengthen concentration, analytical thinking, and scientific reasoning beyond academic studies. Through regular guidance and structured support, learners become more comfortable applying chemistry concepts independently. I support students preparing for examinations, laboratory studies, and academic improvement through focused instruction and practical activities.
