About Leah
My interest in chemistry began when I started exploring how chemical reactions explain many processes in the natural world. I was fascinated by the idea that atoms and molecules interact in specific ways to create different substances with unique properties. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and later continue my studies with a Master’s in Chemistry.
Over the past 10 years, I have taught chemistry to students from different educational backgrounds who wanted to strengthen their understanding of the subject. Through teaching, I realized that chemistry becomes much easier to understand when concepts are explained logically rather than presented as isolated formulas and reactions. Because of this, I focus on helping students see the connections between different chemical topics.
My teaching approach emphasizes patience, clear explanation, and active participation from students. I encourage learners to ask questions and explore how chemical reactions occur in everyday situations. Helping students build confidence and curiosity about chemistry is one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching work.

My chemistry lessons focus on helping students understand how matter is structured and how different substances interact with one another. Chemistry explains many natural and industrial processes, from simple reactions that occur in daily life to complex transformations that take place in laboratories and manufacturing environments. In my lessons, I present chemical concepts in a clear and structured manner so students can understand the reasoning behind each topic.
Lessons begin with fundamental topics that help students build a strong base in chemistry. Students first study atomic structure, elements, and the periodic table so they can understand how different elements behave and combine with one another. Once these foundations are clear, learners move on to topics such as chemical bonding, reaction types, and energy changes that occur during reactions.
As students progress, lessons include more detailed discussions of topics such as acids and bases, chemical equilibrium, and the basic ideas of organic chemistry. Students also practice solving chemical equations and conceptual problems that require logical thinking. My goal is to help learners develop confidence in chemistry by understanding how different chemical concepts connect with each other.
