About Eric
My interest in chemistry began with fascination for how molecular interactions shape the environment, industry, and everyday life. I completed a B.Sc in Chemistry and later an M.Sc in Environmental Chemical Sciences, which deepened my understanding of chemical systems and their impact on the world. Over the past 7 years, I have guided students through chemistry with supportive teaching and structured learning.
I believe chemistry is best learned through understanding mechanisms and patterns rather than memorising reactions. My teaching style focuses on clarity, step-by-step reasoning, and consistent practice so learners feel secure as they progress. I encourage curiosity and confidence in every session.
Beyond tutoring, I stay engaged with chemistry through continued study of environmental systems, modern research topics, and applied scientific developments. Teaching is fulfilling because I see students grow from uncertainty into confident scientific thinkers. Supporting learners in mastering chemistry’s powerful logic is at the heart of my work.

Chemistry becomes much clearer when students understand that every reaction follows predictable patterns and measurable rules. My lessons focus on helping learners master chemical reactions, stoichiometry, equilibrium, acids and bases, kinetics, and solution chemistry through structured explanation and real-world application. I connect abstract concepts to practical examples so students can see chemistry as a meaningful science rather than a confusing set of formulae.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s stage of learning. Beginners build strong foundations in atomic structure, bonding, and mole calculations with calm guidance. Intermediate learners strengthen skills in pH problems, titration analysis, reaction balancing, and equilibrium shifts. Advanced students refine their understanding of kinetics, multi-step reaction pathways, analytical reasoning, and exam-level precision. I provide detailed feedback and supportive practice so students gain both clarity and confidence.
Chemistry lessons also develop scientific discipline and problem-solving strength. Students learn how to approach complex calculations patiently and interpret chemical behaviour with logic. Over time, learners feel more confident in their ability to succeed in science. My goal is to help every student master chemistry’s transformative principles and excel in both academics and future scientific pathways.
