About Ruhana
My interest in chemistry began with curiosity about how substances interact and transform. This led me to complete a Bachelor’s in Chemistry, where I developed a strong understanding of theoretical and practical concepts. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students improve their chemistry knowledge in a structured and supportive way that builds confidence and consistency.
I believe chemistry should be taught with clarity, patience, and strong conceptual focus. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex topics, guiding students step by step, and helping them understand the reasoning behind each concept. I encourage learners to practice regularly, ask questions, and build confidence through continuous learning.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring scientific developments and expanding my knowledge in chemistry. This helps me bring updated insights into my lessons. Teaching chemistry is very meaningful to me because I see students grow from confusion to clarity. Helping them develop strong understanding, problem-solving skills, and confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching journey.

Chemistry becomes easier when students understand the core concepts clearly and learn how to apply them step by step. In my lessons, I focus on important topics such as atomic structure, chemical bonding, reactions, equations, and numerical problem-solving using simple and clear explanations. I break each concept into smaller parts so students can follow comfortably without confusion. I also include examples, practice questions, and real-life applications to make lessons engaging and meaningful. Each session is interactive and supportive, helping students build confidence while improving their understanding gradually in a comfortable learning environment.
As students progress, lessons are adapted based on their level and academic goals. Beginners focus on basic concepts and simple problem-solving. Intermediate learners work on applying concepts, balancing equations, and understanding reactions in more depth. Advanced students focus on complex problem-solving, deeper conceptual clarity, and exam preparation. I provide structured exercises, regular practice, and detailed feedback to ensure steady improvement and strong subject mastery over time.
Chemistry helps students develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. As they improve, they become more confident in understanding scientific concepts and applying them effectively. These skills are valuable for academic success and future studies. My goal is to make chemistry simple, engaging, and effective so students feel confident solving problems independently while continuing to improve their accuracy, speed, and conceptual clarity over time.
