I am a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry. My passion lies in the fascinating field of food preservation chemistry and food analysis. I enjoy exploring the chemical changes that occur during food spoilage and the important roles of antioxidants and emulsifiers in keeping food fresh. In my lessons, we dive into the science behind preservation methods like canning, drying, and fermentation. I aim to help students understand how chemistry ensures food safety and maintains quality.
