About Harper
As a seasoned chess coach with 13 years of experience, I'm dedicated to imparting my knowledge and passion for the game to students of all ages. Specializing in openings, endgames, and tactics, my lessons are tailored to suit individual skill levels and learning styles.
Outside of coaching, chess remains a central focus of my life. I'm continually studying and analyzing games, exploring new strategies, and keeping abreast of developments in the chess world. Additionally, I enjoy participating in tournaments and friendly matches, further honing my skills and staying connected to the competitive aspect of the game.
Beyond chess, I have a range of interests that contribute to my teaching approach. From reading and studying historical games to engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, these hobbies provide me with fresh perspectives and insights that I integrate into my coaching. Through a combination of experience, dedication, and a love for the game, I strive to empower students to master chess and develop a lifelong appreciation for its challenges and rewards.
