About Amelia
As a Chess tutor, my teaching methodology is rooted in compassion and empathy, ensuring that every student feels valued and understood. With over 8 years of dedicated tutoring experience, I am passionate about teaching Chess to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced players. Throughout my career, I have successfully trained between 200 to 300 students, helping them not only learn the game but also develop critical thinking and strategic skills that extend beyond the chessboard.
My commitment to personalized learning ensures that each student receives tailored instruction that meets their unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel encouraged to explore their potential and express their creativity.
In addition to teaching Fundamentals, Openings, Middlegames, and Endgames, I incorporate unique skills like game analysis and problem-solving techniques into my lessons, fostering a deeper understanding of Chess. My approach focuses on building confidence and instilling a love for the game, which I believe is essential for long-term success. Whether preparing for competitions or simply enjoying the game, I strive to make each session both educational and enjoyable.
