About Minal

Hello! I’m Minal Jain, a passionate Child Psychologist and Parenting Coach dedicated to helping children grow in emotionally healthy and nurturing environments.

My journey began with a deep curiosity about what shapes a child’s mind and emotions. As a mother and a psychology professional, I’ve seen firsthand how a child’s confidence, behavior, and learning are influenced by the way they are understood and guided. This inspired me to specialize in child psychology — to support not just children, but also the parents, teachers, and caregivers who play vital roles in their development.
I’ve worked with children across different age groups, helping them build emotional awareness, focus, social skills, and resilience. I also conduct parenting sessions to help parents understand behavioral challenges, emotional outbursts, and everyday struggles with more empathy and calm.

About the lesson

Parenting lays the foundation for a child’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development. A baby’s brain develops rapidly in the first few years, building their capacity to learn, think, and process emotions. Hence, I believe parenting isn’t about controlling the child; it’s educating the parents first to help them build an environment that guides, supports, and provides holistic growth for the child. The early years are a critical window of opportunity to shape a child’s future. Loving, responsive parenting creates a strong foundation for lifelong health, happiness, and success.
