About Junior
Hi!
My name is Junior, I'm 25 years old and I live in São Paulo/SP, the city where I was also born and raised. I have a degree in Music from Centro Universitário Fiam-Faam (2019), a specialist in Educational Design (Project and Pedagogical Design) from UFSCar (2020) and a student of Pedagogy at the same institution.
I am a music educator, pianist, composer. and sound designer and, for 6 years, I have been working with Children's Musicalization courses both in kindergarten and elementary schools, as well as individual courses for children from 3 years of age onwards.
Despite performing several functions while musician, what I like most today is, without a doubt, teaching. Studying music was a watershed for me and, therefore, I seek to help more and more people to have the same incredible and transforming experience that I had and still have today.

Learning music from childhood is one of the greatest experiences your child can have. Music is one of the main artistic languages and, through it, the child develops:
- Communication through speech and the body;
- Expression and emotional intelligence;
- Disinhibition, autonomy and creativity;
- Organization, active listening and discipline.
In children's music classes, different games and games are proposed to experience each of the points mentioned above, as well as specific points of music, such as :
- Singing;
- Instrumental practice;
- Body percussion;
- Composition;
- Musical improvisation.
Classes are organized in small projects where, from a theme chosen with the child, a didactic sequence of classes are planned in order to deepen the research and practices with such themes, in parallel with the basic contents of music for childhood.
