My swim and aquatic survival lessons are tailored to each student’s age, skill level, and individual needs, ensuring a safe and supportive experience. Lessons cover water confidence, breathing, floating, body positioning, and essential swim techniques. Survival training focuses on drowning prevention, self-rescue skills, awareness, and emergency response. I emphasize safety, proper form, steady progress, and confidence-building. Ideal for beginners and intermediate students, especially children preparing for pools and summer activities, with in-person sessions available across nearby local areas.
