About Lydia
I am a Chinese native from Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, Southern China, with Putonghua Level II, Rate B, issued by the National Proficiency Test of Putonghua. I got 130/150 in the subject of Chinese in my Gaokao, a college entrance examination. So I have a solid background in Chinese.
I majored in English in college and have been working as an international education consultant since the year of 2015, who supported high school students and college students to apply to foreign universities. I enjoy communicating with people from different cultures and characteristics.

I first talk with students to check their learning goals and expectation. Afterward, I make an assessment for their Chinese level individually in reading, listening, speaking, and writing. I would design specifically a teaching outline for them. In my Chinese class, I would not only teach my kids based on the textbooks but also share the latest news among Chinese culture.
