About Ran
My major is Applied Linguistics in Teaching English to Second Language Learners. I have been an English teacher in my hometown for more than 7 years. I have taught different levels of students, such as primary school students, secondary school students, university sutdents etc. I love teaching and I believe I can teach Chinese as well.

My teaching methodology is to put students' needs in the first place. Only if you know what students need or what student should learn, then you can teach with a specific purpose which will contribute to your teaching. Next, I will encourage more classroom interaction or if it is one-on-one, I will encourage students to interact with me as much as possible because students can obtain more through interaction and teachers can be aware of what part students are weak in.
