At first I was apprehensive about the idea of getting a online tutor to help me with my upcoming A level exams as I was concerned that I would not be comfortable and engaged during the sessions, especially over webcam. However Catherine’s style of being able to keep lessons/topics engaging and her chatty questioning creates an interactive lesson. She is clearly a pro when it comes to economics and financial concepts and adds insights from her City experience. And her friendliness makes me feel comfortable in making mistakes and presenting my opinion. I would strongly recommend Catherine to anyone who wants help with their A level Economics.

I was able to witness this personally during my three-month volunteering placement in Ghana in 2017, during which Catherine was my appointed Team Leader. My role in Ghana was to provide a business consultancy service to a local company. Catherine made the success of the project possible with her excellent mentoring and easily-approachable manner. Catherine was also effective and efficient in teaching business- and economics-related concepts, which I continue to use during my Economics degree at the LSE.

Catherine was my program leader for a summer program which I mentored. She was very friendly and understanding with all our young people. She has excellent logistic skills and combines her critical thinking with good preplanning to meet all her young people’s needs. Catherine is patient, passionate and empathetic individual.
