About San
I am a Civil Engineer with practical experience in construction and quantity surveying. I specialize in Quantity Takeoff, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation using Excel and AutoCAD.
With hands-on site exposure, I focus on teaching real-time methods used in projects rather than just theoretical concepts. My goal is to help students, fresher and professionals understand how work is actually executed on site.
I will teach in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Excel for Civil Engineers, and AutoCAD and real project examples.
My approach is simple and clear, making it easy for beginners to understand and apply concepts confidently.
