About Ann
I am easygoing and very patient with my students. I speak English slowly and clearly and wait until you can understand every word I am saying. I will explain anything that you may find difficult. We will practice words or phrases so you can remember them. I want to help you speak and listen to English with confidence and not be afraid of using English. All my students have gotten good grades in school or advanced in their jobs and other activities.

I teach with lessons based on real life experiences. We will first create an English Learning Plan that meets your needs and interests. You may need English for school, work, or other reasons. We can work on something you bring in like homework or we can use this one-hour lesson plan:
Speaking/Pronunciation -- we talk about a picture, news, movie, song or practice role-playing a script. (10 minutes)
Grammar -- Verb tense practice (20 minutes)
Reading -- Can use text you bring into our lesson (15 minutes)
Listening -- Youtube or other audio/video practice (15 minutes)
