About Gourab Chatterjee
I am a dedicated and serious teacher of classical music. As nothing is easy without practice, my students should also work very hard and dedicatedly towards music, to excel in it. The end result of the hard work is unimaginably beautiful. Also, I am professional and am qualified as ex-scholar of SRA (ITC Sangeet Research Academy).

Online, I teach with a full on setup, helping me to get my full voice and the sound of the harmonium on the microphone. In classical music my basic goal always leans towards making a sound and well developed understanding of all the notes in music, all the thousands of patterns, both of musical notes and rhythms, as we call it - " Sur & Taal." I make the voice also work right, in the songs I teach, along with the mind, one of my qualities as a teacher, and make sure that the notes are just visible in the air, and that my students can visualize it and see the art of music. The door for music is open for all ages.
