About Amy
I am a student at the University of Oxford, where I will this year complete my undergraduate degree in classics. I have been tutoring since 2013 and enjoy helping students to fulfil their potential. I have recently prepared students for exams in Latin across 13+, GCSE, and A-level examinations, with successful results.

My tutorials are based on discussion between myself and the student, to encourage active learning and participation as well as deeper understanding of the topic. Regardless of the level of the student, I try to incorporate a variety of different tasks in each session to ensure that we stay focussed on our learning. I will set a small amount of homework (usually a recap of the work covered) unless otherwise discussed with the student or parent, in which case I am happy to set and mark more work, or to set nothing outside our sessions.
