About Annetta
"Teaching you requires a focus on how systems truly function rather than just following a manual. You deserve a mentor who translates complex concepts into actionable logic while drawing from 13 years of industry work at places like Atlassian and Canva. My degree from the University of Melbourne provides the academic foundation for my practical approach to software engineering.
Having spent over a decade refining these skills, I now support cohort members across various stages of their careers. I enjoy watching students grasp object-oriented programming and C++ or finally finding clarity in data structures and Java.

"Building robust software applications results from consistent practice and deliberate design choices. Honestly, I find that many people struggle because they avoid the fundamental mechanics of syntax until it becomes a barrier to their progress.
We will spend 6.0 hours per week examining real-world implementations of your code. My background at Atlassian informs the way I structure these small group sessions to ensure everyone gains practical experience.
You will handle specific modules ranging from API integration to backend logic. I expect you to bring your own projects so we can apply these patterns immediately.
