About Psychologue Ines
I am a clinical psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in children and adolescents, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Alongside my clinical practice, I have developed experience teaching psychology to students at different academic levels.
My academic and professional background has allowed me to build a strong understanding of psychological theories, research methods, clinical psychology, and the application of psychology in real-life contexts. I have also taught Cambridge International AS & A Level Psychology, helping students develop their understanding of psychological concepts, research, evaluation, and exam requirements.
As a tutor, I aim to create a supportive and structured learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making connections between concepts, and developing their own understanding of psychology.

My psychology lessons are designed to make psychological concepts clear, structured, and easy to understand, while encouraging students to develop genuine critical thinking rather than simply memorize information.
As a clinical psychologist with experience teaching psychology, I adapt my approach to each student's level, academic goals, and learning style. I use clear explanations, real-life and clinical examples, diagrams, mind maps, case studies, and active questioning to help students connect theoretical concepts with practical situations.
A typical lesson begins by reviewing previous concepts and identifying any areas that need clarification. We then introduce and explore the new topic step by step, using examples and discussion to make the material easier to understand. Depending on the student's goals, we can also work on essay structure, exam questions, research methods, evaluation of psychological studies, or exam preparation. Each lesson ends with a brief review of the key points and, when appropriate, practice activities to consolidate learning.
What sets my lessons apart is the combination of academic teaching and clinical psychology experience. This allows me to explain theories not only from a textbook perspective, but also by connecting them to real psychological phenomena and clinical applications. My goal is to help students understand why psychological concepts matter and how they can be applied, rather than relying solely on memorization.
Lessons are suitable for students studying psychology at different levels, from secondary school and pre-university programs to university-level psychology. I can also adapt lessons for students who need additional support with specific topics, assignments, research methods, or exam preparation.
