About Pratishtha
I’m an MA Clinical Psychology graduate with a strong academic background in psychology and practical exposure across clinical, research, and applied settings. I believe psychology becomes much easier to understand when concepts are connected to real-life situations rather than simply memorised.
My approach focuses on conceptual clarity, relatable examples, critical thinking, and exam-orientated understanding. I enjoy helping students break down difficult topics, understand theories step by step, and develop confidence in the subject.

Alongside conceptual understanding, I can help students with revision, answer-writing, important topics, and exam preparation. The goal is to help students understand psychology deeply while building the confidence to write well-structured answers independently.
