Andrea, with a diverse background and studies in neuroscience, holistic health, and spirituality, channels her expertise into coaching and teaching the art and science of achieving flow—the optimal state of consciousness where we feel and perform at our best. She worked in the coaching industry for many years and loves to facilitate transformation through different ways. As a facilitator, she leads transformative journeys that guide participants into heightened states of consciousness, presence, and cultivating a profound connection with both themselves and others.
