About Will
I have 10 years of experience coaching in the gym with various populations - office workers, pensioners, elite youth athletes and everything in between.
I have a MSc in Strength & Conditioning from Middlesex University, and have given talks on a wide range of subjects:
Hypertrophy Training, Aerobic Development, Power Training, Goal-Setting, Asymmetries, Corrective Exercises, Periodisation, Recovery Techniques and Sales in a gym setting.

I teach the fundamental knowledge for a situation, and always back it up with how to apply it in the real world.
