About Abigail
I'm Abi, a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach.
Back in 2017 when I qualified, I set out on the gym floor, and soon realised I knew nothing about how to transfer my new skills and qualification into a business- it was scary!
So now with 7+ years experience in the fitness industry, I'm here to help you get ahead of the game and fasttrack your success.
Being a Personal Trainer is such a rewarding position to be in.
