About Ryan
My passion for coding started from my love for playing games. When I was 16, I was hooked to this storytelling game called Episode! It's a game where the choices you make in the story can alter the outcome. One day, I found out that you can create your own stories and publish them. That's when I discovered coding for the first time. I remember the feeling of publishing my first story (albeit, not a very good one) and getting a few likes & comments from strangers complimenting my work, it was definitely a rewarding feeling! From that moment on, I knew that coding was for me. Additionally, I love teaching just like how I love storytelling. For me, the perfect career lies at the intersection of these two passions.

My lessons are most suitable for kids in primary school. However, secondary students and even parents/teachers who want to pick up coding are welcome too! A lesson would usually take up to 1 hour, as anything more than that would be "information overload"! As of 2025, I have 2 years experience as a tutor. I will NEVER spoon-feed the answer to my students. Instead, I will do my very best to explain every concept in a way they can understand, to ensure they could apply this concept in any use case!
