About Jack
I am a College, and Youth Soccer Coach, personal trainer and sport specific psychological trainer that has a Sport Science Master's Degree. I have helped players become great by combining the physical and mental aspects of sport giving the added edge making good players into elite players.

My teaching method is showing players that 80% of the game is mental and if we work technically and physically we have only just begun to be masters of our sport. The true greats are the ones that combine their physical gifts with their mental IQ , this I can and will teach, this is how you will achieve greatness.
