Hey, I am a state-level natural bodybuilder
At 17, I weighed 90 kilos and hated every mirror in the house.
I skipped weddings because nothing fit; people joked at me
I laughed along, but it hurt

- We start with basic freehand and strength training; at first, we break the muscle and then isolate for growth
- As per my experience, I prefer posture correction posing after every complete set
