About Purwal
I am a yoga teacher from Rishikesh. For the past three years, I have been sharing yoga knowledge all over India and Nepal. I teach Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama, meditation, and Therapeutic yoga class. If anyone really wants to practice yoga, you can join me.

My yoga teaching is Traditional Hatha yoga style, Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa, and do all postures with adjustment and alignment which help to improve our posture. The next important thing is Pranayama which I always add in my yoga class to move inwards spiritually.
