About Algina
I am a native Lithuanian speaker, fluent in English, and have been living in the UK for the past 10 years. I have attended various language courses and understand first-hand how challenging language acquisition can be, as well as how shy one can feel when trying to have conversations for the first time.
I hold a first-class BSc degree in Psychology, Counselling, and Therapies, which has equipped me with knowledge about memory and learning. I am currently studying for an MSc in Industrial Psychology, as well as learning the Italian language.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in my personal journey of learning English a decade ago. I, too, attended language courses, gaining first-hand experience in the difficulties of language acquisition. This background fuels my commitment to making the English learning process effective and enjoyable for all my students, ensuring that I can relate to their challenges and provide the guidance they need to succeed.
