About Sofi
I have been studying English since I was a child because I went to a bilingual school. Then I continued perfecting my studies in several English Institutes throughout my adolescence. I gave and approved the FCE. I taught English at an Institute to a group of kids from 8 to 10 years old for five months. Currently, I am a university student about to receive a degree in Criminalistics. In 2018, I was an assistant professor at IUPFA -institute where I am about to get my degree- which allowed me to further develop my pedagogical skills and teaching classes in front of the classroom.

My main goal is that students finish the course speaking English and that the language becomes a communication tool when the Spanish language is not an option, as it happens in many trips, in the university environment or in many work experiences. In any case, if the student does not have knowledge of the language, the class will be organized according to their objectives. Currently, I am teaching classes to a student who wants to apply what he has studied for years, for which the class is taught exclusively in English. We perform an oral and a written part in which the student must report what is requested. Then, we listen to videos, series or movies and evaluate by means of questions what the student is understanding. As a task, you should read some text. In this way we carry out an integral practice of the language. The duration of the class is 45 to 60 min, depending on the student.
