About Andrea
I have family members, with learning challenges and that's helped me become a patient and supportive coach.
I am a business professional, who has stood-up large teams and coached inexperienced young professionals to learn new technologies and concepts. I've developed workshops, training plans and curriculum.
I will share real case studies as part of the learnings, so that theory can be understood.

First, it's important for us to define the goals for the learner and for me to understand how they learn best (hands-on, reading, audio or visual learner, repeating exercises.) In addition, determine if our goals are strictly applied learning or theory as well.
I'm open to working with children, youth, teens and post-secondary students, as well as new Canadians.
A typical lesson plan would clearly outline the subject, goals and objectives. It would also define what success looks like for the student (new skill or applied learning that is achieved at the end of the lesson.)
And most importantly, I'll do my best to ensure the sessions are fun, as I believe students learn more when they are enjoying the experience.
