About Stephen
Hello everyone! My name is Stephen. I am from Kerala and I am currently a medical student passionate and dedicated yoga teacher who believes in making yoga simple, practical, and enjoyable for everyone. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and student-focused, with emphasis on proper posture, mindful breathing, gradual progression, and individual comfort. I specialize in beginner-friendly yoga, flexibility and mobility practices, pranayama, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness. My goal is to help students develop a consistent practice while improving their physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall quality of life.
