About Karsten
I have been working for five years as honorary lecturer for the subjects chemistry and physics and give lessons in both subjects at the level of upper secondary school (advanced courses) in preparation for external examinations for foreign students (FSP). Overall, I have more than ten years of experience as a tutor and coach preferred in STEM subjects.

An essential part of my teaching is the development of a basic understanding of scientific contexts and ways of working. In addition to the current exam preparation and the accompaniment of the school lessons, I would like to prepare the students better for the first semester at the university in this way. In doing so, I use a lot of multimedia resources in order to achieve improved attention and longer retrievability of learning content through experiments and simulations.
