About Rawan
I am a Computer Science graduate student with a degree in Software Engineering, and I’ve supported many university students through their programming courses as a tutor and a TA. I know how overwhelming programming can feel when you’re just starting, so my approach is patient, clear, and beginner-friendly. I focus on explaining ideas in simple terms, working through examples together, and helping you feel comfortable asking questions. My approach is structured, patient, and highly adaptable to each student’s goals and learning style. I combine my background in software engineering and computer science research with clear, step-by-step instruction to help students build confidence.
I focus on breaking concepts down into manageable pieces and reinforcing understanding through guided practice. For programming, this means short explanations, hands-on coding exercises, and working through real examples so students understand both the why and the how.
Each session is tailored to fit the student's needs. Lessons are paced to match the student’s comfort level while maintaining steady progress.
