About Hakeem
I have always enjoyed helping others, from teaching my friends math & IT concepts in high school to the rare occasion where one can help another in need. I also appreciate seeing others' personal & professional development from not understanding something to the elation felt once they are empowered & equipped with both the right tools & the knowledge of when to use them.

I don't just teach my students; I empower them with the problem-solving tools & the know-how, thus enabling them to become independent and self-sufficient thinkers. I adapt my teaching style to my students so that I am flexible and can cater to the different personalities that come along for the ride. I am proficient in several programming languages, some being: Python, C#, C++, Java & extremely proficient in solving algorithmic problems such as ones required for MAANG (once FAANG) companies - OOP, DSA, etc. A typical lesson starts off where your proficiency ends, I build on what you have and restructure, or I build the foundations from scratch if It's necessary to take you to where you desire. I can teach programming at primary, secondary & tertiary levels, and math at primary, secondary & tertiary (specifically your first & second years) levels. I look forward to a meaningful relationship.
