About Thomas
I am a postdoctoral researcher with a PhD in computer science from King's College London, and obtained a BSc and MSc in computer science from the University of Warwick. I have been a tutor for five years, acting as a teaching assistant for various modules at King's as well as privately here on Superprof. I offer lessons from pre-GCSE up to A level in computer science and mathematics. I am happy to help with issues the student is having with the curriculum as well as exploring topics to a deeper level to give a better understanding of the subject as a whole. I also offer to teach programming languages such as Python, C, and Lisp.

My lessons are aimed at anyone looking for help with maths or computer science, from pre-GCSE up to A2. Lessons will generally involve discussing issues encountered with problems done between lessons and resolving them, or offering new ways to approach the problem. This also includes going through past papers and their mark schemes to pick up as many marks as possible, and at any level there will be a focus on building an intuition for problem solving that these subjects encourage.
