About Vaishali
Learning programming can seem challenging, but with the right guidance, it becomes an enjoyable and rewarding journey. My goal is to create a supportive, interactive, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I bring over 24 years of experience as a Computer Science educator and 4+ years of industry experience as a Java Backend Developer. This combination allows me to explain theoretical concepts clearly while connecting them to real-world software development practices.
I believe in patience, consistency, and practical learning. Every session is tailored to the student's goals, whether it's improving academic performance, mastering Java, strengthening programming fundamentals, preparing for technical interviews, or building confidence in backend development.
I am committed to being well-prepared, punctual, and approachable in every class. My aim is not just to help students solve problems but to develop their analytical thinking and problem-solving skills so they can succeed independently.
