Hi! I’m Khang, a dedicated and patient math tutor who truly enjoys helping students understand what they’re learning instead of just memorizing formulas. I’m currently a computer science student with a strong foundation in mathematics, and I’ve spent years helping classmates and peers improve their confidence and performance in math. I believe that every student is capable of understanding math when it’s explained clearly and step-by-step. I would begin by giving a short, easy to understand explanation of the topic so students know why the concept works, not just how to use it. Then I walk through an example step-by-step to model the process. After the explanation and example, students work together on a set of problems while I rotate between them, correct mistakes on the spot, and give hints that build confidence without giving away the answer.
