Super Prof

Sam is one of our best Piano tutors. They have a high-quality profile, verified qualifications, a quick response time, and great reviews from students!

About Sam

I am an A-level student with one year of tutoring experience at my previous musicology institute, with many solos, duos and quartet concert experiences. Many of my students have gained the ability to easily play in front of a crowd, play any music sheet or accompany any musician they intend to.

About the lesson

I believe playing the piano is much more than just knowing what keys to press and how many hours you practice. Its all about following a certain algorithm, they algorithm of music and music theory. Not only will you be able to understand and write music sheets, but you will also be able to make your own adjustments to whatever song you are playing. The ability to identify diminished chords, minor chords ( minor 7, minor 9, harmonic minor, theoretic minor), major chords( maj7, maj9,) andpentatonic chords from each other, and using each where they belong.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by students with Sam.

Sam is currently my A-level physics tutor. He has helped me significantly improve my knowledge from his exceptional ability to explain and simplify difficult concepts. He is a friendly and encouraging tutor who will support you throughout your journey of learning. His intellectual abilities and passion have provided some of the most interesting conversations, broading my knowledge on not just physics but maths and chemistry. He is undoubtedly a great tutor, and is highly recommended by myself.

I am currently one of Sam's students and I really enjoy his interactive lessons. I started as a beginner 6 months ago and I already feel much more confident behind the keys. I believe his specific methodology helps each individual to better understand the theory of music.
