About Maria
I have extensive experience coaching and teaching some of the best young musicians in the UK and the USA (Aspen Summer Music Festival). Taught at Yorkshire Young Musicians, a selective music school for gifted and talented individuals. Underwent intensive study and training at Chetham's School of Music, Royal Academy of Music and Royal Northern College of Music. Performed in venues such as Bridgewater Hall, Stoller Hall, Wigmore Hall, Wales Millennium Centre and Harris Hall (USA). ABRSM Exams: 100% Merit/Distinction Rate.

Delivers engaging, artistic and creative lessons, encompassing all sides of music and instrument learning. A very comprehensive technical approach to ensure students play without injury. The aim is to make everything as easy as possible! Typical lesson lengths are 30mins for beginners and 45-60mins for other abilities.
