About Elin

**I'm Elin, an executive coach and transformation specialist with 22 years of experience and over 12,000 people coached across the UK, UAE and beyond.**
My background spans coaching leaders at the world's biggest organisations, running my own businesses, and working with everyone from students to CEOs. I know what it takes to walk into a room and own it - and I know how to teach it.
I'm passionate about working with young people because confidence built early changes everything. The self-awareness, communication skills and presence I help them develop will follow them into university, careers and life.
I hold an Executive Coaching qualification from Henley Business School and am ICF accredited. I've been recognised as CEO of the Year 2024.
I bring warmth, directness and zero judgement to every session. My students leave knowing exactly who they are and how to show up as that person.

**My sessions are built around one thing: helping young people feel comfortable in their own skin so they can show up confidently in any room, conversation or opportunity.**
I work with teenagers and young adults on confidence, communication, social skills, personal presence and finding their voice — whether that's for school, university applications, job interviews or just navigating life with more ease.
Sessions are practical, conversational and tailored to each person. No scripts, no generic advice - just real tools that stick.
I have 22+ years of experience coaching and training people at every level, from students to senior executives. I hold an Executive Coaching qualification from Henley Business School and am ICF accredited.
Sessions are available online and in person in London.
