About Ritu
I have more than 13 years of experience teaching ESL to college students, and I am passionate about helping learners reach their full potential in English. My teaching style is organised, motivating, and focused on results. I work on grammar correction, essay writing, vocabulary usage, speaking fluency, and listening skills. I guide students in preparing research papers, presentations, and classroom discussions with clarity and structure.
My lessons are interactive and practical, including writing workshops, role-plays, collaborative tasks, and real-world examples. I also integrate multimedia tools and online resources to make learning modern and engaging.
I provide detailed feedback and personalised support to ensure steady improvement. My aim is to help students achieve academic excellence and develop long-term confidence in English communication.

My approach to teaching ESL is student-centred and goal-oriented. I begin by understanding each learner’s needs and objectives. I use real-life examples and case studies to connect English learning with practical situations.
Students practise through discussions, listening activities, writing tasks, and vocabulary-building exercises. I focus on building strong foundations in grammar and sentence structure. Motivation is encouraged by celebrating small achievements and providing regular encouragement.
When challenges arise, I use clear explanations and practical exercises to solve the problem. I believe in maintaining integrity, punctuality, and respect in every session. Flexibility helps me adapt my teaching style to match different learning preferences.
I ensure that every class supports both fluency and accuracy. Along with ESL, I teach professional communication, presentation skills, academic English, and interview preparation.
