# A Little About Me

I'm a fluent French speaker and a dedicated high school student with a passion for languages and helping others learn. I attended a school where my education was taught entirely in French, which helped me develop strong skills in speaking, writing, reading, and understanding the language. I am also currently taking IB French, which allows me to continue developing and challenging my language skills.

As a tutor, I aim to make learning French enjoyable, approachable, and adapted to each student's needs. I understand that learning a new language can feel challenging, so I focus on explaining concepts clearly, providing practical examples, and creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions.

I'm patient, organized, and committed to helping students progress at their own pace. Whether you're learning French for the first time or need extra support with schoolwork, I can help you strengthen your vocabulary, improve your pronunciation, practice speaking, and develop your writing and grammar skills.

My approach to teaching French is friendly, patient, and personalized. I believe that learning a language should be enjoyable and practical, not just about memorizing vocabulary and grammar rules. I want students to understand what they are learning and feel confident using French in real situations.

I adapt my lessons to each student's level, goals, and learning pace. I use clear explanations, examples, vocabulary exercises, conversation practice, and writing activities to help students strengthen their skills. I also encourage students to ask questions and learn from their mistakes in a supportive environment.

A Typical Lesson

Each lesson begins with a quick review of what the student already knows and what they would like to improve. We then focus on a specific skill, such as vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, writing, or grammar.

For example, a lesson might include learning new vocabulary, practicing sentences using those words, having a short French conversation, and completing a writing exercise. We finish by reviewing the main concepts and identifying anything the student would like to practice further.

What Makes Me Different

I understand that learning a new language can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when trying to remember vocabulary, understand grammar, and speak confidently at the same time. As a student myself, I understand the challenges students face in school and the importance of explanations that are clear, relatable, and easy to follow.

I have studied French since Grade 4 and have developed strong skills in the language. I aim to make lessons engaging, approachable, and suited to each learner rather than using the same teaching method for everyone.

Who My Lessons Are For

My lessons are best suited for beginner French learners and elementary or middle school students who want to build a strong foundation in the language. I can help students with schoolwork, vocabulary development, basic grammar, pronunciation, speaking practice, and writing.

Whether a student is learning French for the first time or needs extra support with their classes, my goal is to help them improve at their own pace and develop confidence in their abilities.
