About Kanishka
Hello! My name is Kanishka and I am a 2023 matriculant and now I am pursuing my tertiary education overseas. I was often told by my teachers and peers that I have a way of simplifying complicated concepts that help them understand immediately. This made me realize my passion for teaching and making learning easy and enjoyable. I can help you with your Afrikaans homework, essays, orals, revisions and whatever your specific requirement may be. Let's make sure you get your academic goals achieved!

I am not a native Afrikaans speaker, but I consistently achieved over 90% for Afrikaans throughout high school . This helps me understand the challenges many students face, because I had to learn the language step by step myself — and I can now explain concepts in a simple and relatable way.
Lessons are primarily in English and start with identifying the student’s immediate difficulties (e.g. grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, or literature analysis)
My lessons are aimed at primary to high school students (Grades 4–12), who want to strengthen their Afrikaans basics for academic or conversational purposes.
Because I’m not a native speaker, I can break down Afrikaans in a way that makes sense to other learners. Let's make Afrikaans an enjoyable subject for you!
